Medicare Information:

To receive a Medicare rebate:

1. See your treating health professional (GP, paediatrician or psychiatrist) for an appointment to discuss mental health. 

2. The treating health professional will create a Mental Health Care Plan and may suggest therapists you could see.

3. Choose Sharon Dutton and ask your treating health professional to email your referral letter and Mental Health Care Plan to contact@sharonduttontas.au. 

4.  Once he receives this email Bruce (practice manager) will phone to schedule an appointment.
