Couples therapy is provided for $150 per hour, and can be with two therapists (both Sharon and Bruce) if desired. If we haven't met you in a couples workshop, you may want to have a free session with us online so we can introduce ourselves, understand your perspectives and discuss the process.
In order to tailor helpful interventions to assist in your specific situation, we will ask you to complete individual questionnaires online before the first in-person session. Each questionnaire consists of 337 questions about the friendship, intimacy, emotions, conflict, values, and trust in your relationship, at a cost of approximately $60 AUD for the couple. We ask that couples do not share their individual responses or logins with each other since it's important that this data is private. After both questionnaires have been completed and submitted, we will contact you to discuss next steps, usually involving scheduling a first in-person appointment.
